About Megan

Founder of Leo Rose Interior Design

Family travels as a child led to my interest in beautiful spaces that leave you feeling something. If you’ve ever been in a museum, a church or even a great dive bar, you know what I mean. This energy transfer from built environment to human emotion has endlessly fascinated me and is what drove me to pursue a career in interior design. A degree led to 15 years in the commercial interior design industry and working and living in Pittsburgh, Ahmedabad India, and New York City. Experience working in top tier design firms as well as within a diverse array of market sectors has nurtured a skillset that was ripe for a new challenge, thus Leo Rose Interior Design was born.

When I am not designing, you can find me in my 100 yr old house in Pittsburgh with my husband, two daughters and enormous golden retriever, most likely planning the next update. We spend our time listening to records, enjoying the outdoors and having dance parties. I am known to rearrange my friends bookshelves, and host the next gathering. Aside from design, I love flowers, spicy food and being by water.

Hello, I am Wade- a concert loving, vinyl collecting, outdoors junky and technologist. If I’m not supporting the Leo Rose IT functions and keeping up on the constant changes of technology, I am parenting my 2 kiddos and probably working on house projects (brought on by Megan). My hobbies include amateur gardening, anything ocean/beach related, camping, fishing and sneaking away to the mountains. Guilty pleasures are anything with the chocolate and peanut butter combo and 80’s new wave.
