A historic building in downtown Pittsburgh reimagined as an upscale and highly ammenitized apartment building. The amenity spaces within this building were designed to be the collective living room, den and communal kitchen; spaces that all feel welcome and comfortable, collected and interesting. The interior design embraced spaces that would have otherwise been shell space by creating a speak easy inspired lounge and high performance fitness space with custom murals by Baron Batch.
