The use of speciality finishes, lush textiles, and high contrasts creates a quiet luxury that is abundant on the resorts’ property.
Shadyside Academy McIlroy Center

A student lab building meant to introduce modern scientific approaches to the senior school at Shadyside Academy. The interior design enhances student engagement and learning experiences with its use of clean lines, warm woods and an inviting color palette.

THE FEELING: Eclectic
A historic building in downtown Pittsburgh reimagined as an upscale and highly amenitized apartment building. The amenity spaces within this building were designed to be the collective living room, den and communal kitchen; spaces that all feel welcome and comfortable, collected and interesting. The interior design embraced spaces that would have otherwise been shell space by creating a speak easy inspired lounge and high performance fitness space with custom murals by Baron Batch.

Arsenal 201

THE FEELING: Connected
Bridging Pittsburgh’s past as the largest arsenal during the civil war to the vibrant Lawrenceville neighborhood of today, this apartment and condo living complex melds the old and the new. Starting with industrial remnants and bringing in sleek finishes and bold art to speak to the current day, the open lounge, kitchen and working spaces foster engagement and connectivity for residents.

Or, The Whale
LOCATION: PITTSBURGH PA
THE FEELING: Beachy
An inspired vision from Chef Dennis Marron, Or, The Whale combines fresh color palettes with seaside themes and cheeky easter eggs. Playing with scale, we optimized a double height space with marine rope drawing the eye and textured tile connecting the 2 levels for an engaging dining experience.
